Thanks for the update. Please if we can't get the actual pay, can we at least have a range of what a Graduate trainee should expect, cos I heard the allowances are not included in the employment letter. Lets say I get the offer, how do I know all that I am entitled to?

Yes, the allowances are not included on the offer letter, what you see there is the basic. But from findings, the allowances are quite massive and it varies with department and location. The overall package is usually treated as confidential, no one will divulge it to you.

Nah Captain, you are actually mistaken. There's no logic behind any one of us (by us I mean those genuinely part of the recruitment) wishing any speculated date not to materializing, just so we laugh at the concerned speculator.

The truth is, I am very certain all of us here are really praying and hoping that the speculated 10th comes to happen so we get this whole thing done with.

As for the "negativities and sarcasms" that greets every failed prediction, I think it's just a way we all try to express our frustrations and disappointments, not really with the person whose prediction didn't come to pass, but with the seemingly unending process.

This reaction I must admit, is perhaps not the best. But the way I see it, I'd rather have a "laugh" than "mourn" each time there is a failed prediction
