It is actually true. I was there. He threw money on the floor and said a guy(A) should pick it for him. A refused to do so. He started begging people to pick up the money for him bcus anybody that picks it,money will start dropping from the person's body.

Unfortunately for him,(it think there's always a time limit for this kind of things), nobody picked it so he decided to pick them himself,and as they say,the rest is history.
