Honestly, I thought listening was my strongest point but the section's 2 and 3 disorganised me. I almost gave up sef, resigned to retaking but I went back and tried to put the answers together.

It's a known trend that has been discussed severally in many fora...IELTS tests in no particular order come served with different difficulty levels- ranging from basic to moderate to hard.

I believe my test of April 21st fell somewhere between basic and medium difficulty level.

From the general reports here, this last test seems like one of those test days where the level of difficulty is hard.

Not a day I'd love to show up at the test centre. angry angry

To all ma folks here that sat for this last IELTS, (We are soldiering on- Its a #CanadianDestination call) don't give up just yet because...

It will definitely end in praise IJN!

Update: tbaby2015's IELTS story & eventual PPR success and many others here are definite cases in point.

Finally, God Who started with us has helped us thus far!

Passports and COPR received today

I had earlier shared how I had to write IELTS 3 times before I got through(writing was usually 6.5)... I remember those times I felt this may not work, but I thank God I never gave up.

Passed IELTS eventually 8th July 2017
Entered pool 9th and got ITA 9th of August at CRS 435
AOR 27th August 2017
IP2 Feb 27th 2018
PPR May 3rd 2018 (8 months+)
LVO office

Submitted passports 7th May via DHL to VFS office Lagos, delivered 9th, transmitted 10th to Accra
Approved status 24th May 2018
VISA and COPR received 4th June 2018 via DHL

Indeed, God has been good to me and my family!

Thanks to everyone for all the support, information shared and time spent helping others, may all our dreams come true in His time. Special appreciation to @dupyshoo, @40manlappy and so many others, too numerous to count. God bless u all!

Thru courier. It got there in 4/5 days thereabout. Wes doesn't accept transcript electronically. I made the mistake and Etx sent me a mail to pay additional fee of 4500 for it to be sent thru courier.
awos90:
@Bettybeauty, was the transcript sent by ETX to WES electronically or through courier as I'm about to process mine.

Thanks.

Just attach a copy of your marriage certificate and probably an LOE to explain the name change (this was what I did). When your report is concluded, both your maiden name and new name will be captured on your ECA report.

MummyO24:
Please I have gone through this thread and previous ones and didnt see the answer to my question.

The BSc certificate I sent to WES bears my maiden name, this will be same for my transcript, all other documents I have are in my married name, please how do i make them give my result in my married name?

Thanks a lot for the support here.

Hi Gurus, I am 40 yrs old, I have done my WES, applied for EE, my score came out as 345, I have a profile number, I scored in IELTS L8,R6,W7,S7, I have master's degree in engineering. over 15 years working experience. I was applying Sask PNP, got stuck in the second part where they are asking about bank statement and some forms i don't see to download. I wanted to improve my scores with Provincial, not married, what is your best advice, cos I am tired of IELTS and I don't think even if I score a band of 8.5 it will land me in 430+ on EE.

Oga, go marry!!! What are you still waiting for....

Therein lies the solution you seek, just make sure you shine your eyes and choose better wifey wink grin

Great! Thanks!
And please where does Schedule A go? Will that be with the data page, stamps and visas?

Which one is Schedule A again, you people should not get me confused ooo! grin grin

I have populated my application profile forms and the system has generated the placeholders for me to attach the necessary docs in PDF...pretty straightforward.

I have not seen anywhere where I have been asked to fill any federal form- Schedule A form is a federal form (Am I missing out something? this is serious oooo cheesy)

We are in the same boat. I sent someone (who reside in Ibadan) there last week. Here's the breakdown and requirements:

Certificate - 20k
Graduation fee - 5k
Transcript - 15k
Courier (Int'l) - 12k
Verification of result - 2.5k
Courier (Int'l) - 12k

Pay at the Bursary, collect, fill and return. Then wait for 6 weeks. ALL THE BEST.

On God, everything about Ibadan Polytechnic is stressing me out. There is nothing on their page to even help with transcript matters and all that jazz. Nothing!.

Means i have to travel down to the school at this point. angry angry angry

Merge the POF LOE with your POF docs. Let it be the 1 st page. The general LOE should be uploaded in the additional doc placeholder. Other specific LOEs should be added to their specific docs and uploaded in the right placeholders.

I understand and get this!

Thank you @Newmum and all other e-family members here for your selflessness. God bless.

Please I need your candid advise. I am about sending my sending my transcript for evaluation to IQAS, and I just discovered the the age on my transcript does not correspond with the age on my International passport. I have tried correcting this in school but my school has refused to change the change. Another issue is that I have some travel histories on my passport so changing the age on it is also a problem. Please what do you advise? Can an affidavit work in this case?
