Yes it can happen, because their school fees is low, the lecturer's salary is low and with low mentality. I'm paying sch. fee of 900k plus on my daughter in one british int'l sch abj...the tutors dare not scream at them talkless purnishing them

my brother it is becoming proper because it is children and babies will have in schools now...do you know the energy and pain I take sometimes to advice all these youngsters before leaving sec. school but they seem dumb....


in those days you reason out what you intend to do ... nobody put us through. many of us never knew what CGPA means. we hustled our admission by ourselves... not now that mothers and fathers have to escort " Children " to school...they deserve the punishment over and over again

But it's also a determining factor.
Most of those undergraduates can't control themselves,that's why a lot of them do drugs and other things to stand well in a society much above them.
