komekn:Are we talking about donkey years or just this past season? Hope Akpan is forgotten man, he is living on his little past glory. Sone Aluko's past season is below Average, I mean he is way too below what was expected. Aina took championship by fire but lost form towards the tail of the season. There was a time the coach started considering Tomori as better option. Aina is the only person that tried, others you mentioned are below our standard currently. That they were born 'away' doesn't mean that they have 'already made' jersey no. |

He scored only 8 goals in all this past season for Leicester... Three of them were from outside the box. Not one or two but three. Martz101: |

chrisooblog:Don't get me wrong. I'm against the hypocrisy typical of articles fans. When he was playing all the key games, no one was noticing. Some didn't even look his way. Now they are all screaming like Asif he just started the good form. |

You see the problem. You are trying to solve mathematics with an opinion that is largely personal. In the first place, there is no game Agu impressed — not considering that Congo DR game which was more like an NPFL exhibition match. OMANBALA1: |

Humility017:abeg leave Mikel. Na him buy Beats by Dre for those okpo boys, mans bought 24 headsets and yet dem no fit make am proud. Which motivation he wan motivate them again? Mikel is not aggressive or confrontational, that is the major thing he lacks as a leader. See when Balogun captained the team against Algeria, dude was ready to choke who he needed to choke. You don't see that with Mikel |

daveP:lies. Many people noticed him, I've been one of the pro-Ogi fans here and if you go to Twitter, he is one of the most loved players there, if not the most loved. People notice Ogu enough |

TheSuperNerd:Lol The timing of the pic is perfect. Like an eagle that just started ascent. Lemme find trouble small.. The look on VicMo's face is kinda of envy that it wasn't him seeing the net. If he doesn't play more with a teammate when attacking, I'd have no choice than to remember him as just a selfish fellow even if he is 50million pounds now. Iwobi's contributions is slowly eclipsing his importance to the team winning. |

TheSuperNerd:Wonderful....now bag to my arguement...Ogu has scored more goals FOR SUPER EAGLES FROM LONG RANGE THAN IHEANACHO....Argue with South Koreans...masters of the art |

Me I don tire for all these this vs that player. even among the 23 again? . No player would singlehandedly take us far. They all have to play their parts as a unit for us to do well. Let’s talk tactics. Sometimes I’m beginning to think that some of these players are from our villages o. |

You are right about the visibility of the Israeli league... But mehn... I follow our players anywhere ooo... Ogu's left foot can hit belters and smashers. It is great to have such a midfielder in our fold. Honestly I even wish he were younger. But no worries... We have more rising up. See ehn, even if one is playing across the galaxy I go monitor am ooo... I must try. I am GWG through and through... Lol.. Martz101: |

safarigirl:Lies? Seems you still don't get my angle. Why is what Ogu is doing suddenly getting raves Asif it started just recently? I'm talking of on here, and you're going as far as twitter... ![]() Ogu is a good player, but many peeps are just noticing. |

gamaliel9:This Gamaliel sef... Aren't you supposed to be tutoring a certain Saul who will be called Paul later? Ogu has scored just one from long range same as Nacho. He even indicated it in that England game before he came on... His two thumbs strand for two goals... One for Ogu and one for Nacho, all from a good distance outside the box. ![]()

daveP:People are happy that we beat Argentina, naturally, they are happy with players that did it...Ogu s performance was outstanding...he showed his defensive prowess and tactical positioning...Again,you are as good as your last game...based on this, Ogu did well against England. His calming effects and uncanny positioning and defending was super grade |

There was actually a time Ogu was rated the best midfielder in Israeli league. One or two years ago. He is highly rated there. He also gets Europa exposure |
