from the look of things he might have suffered a heart attack, but was he being driven by a driver? if he drove himself then what was he doing at the back seat with his trousers off? my suspicions is that he probably tried to have a quickie with someone and passed out in the process and patner ran away when she realized that he was dead, so many possibilities

SCENE

The car itself I believe is the crime scene the time when he had left and the time he was found dead should be determined by the police to ascertain a proper time of possible death, notice he is not in the front seat ? this is a major evidence for my theory of what happened to him.




POSSIBLE CRIME

my theories are this , to have been four d partially unclad with his trousers down , first this man may have died while trying to appease himself sexually (masturbate) it's no news of people dying during activities of sexual nature , the increased heart rate in elderly people is more critical in any act of sexual nature so death can be a factor especially with people already having one health complication or another say asthma or heart disease .


my second theory which I am thinking of is he wasn't alone , remember he is actually sitting in the back seat of the car and not the drivers seat ? my guess is he was with someone who were engaged probably in some sexual deed where he died which is also plausible because people who want to have sex in the car favor the back seats for more comfort so seeing him naked in the back seat supports this second theory .




EVIDENCE TO CONFIRM MY THEORIES



The car should be checked , missing phones ,money or anything valuable that should be in there that is no longer there will indicate a foul play and a possibly the result of my theory two.( assuming the witnesses who were in the scene have not taken anything from the crime scene)


An autopsy should be Carried out ,the presence of semen , saliva around the man's Private part will suggest an act of sexual nature taking place prior to his death (which will support both theory 1 and 2)



Cause of death should be determined , ligature marks around neck will prove a strangulation , a cut or body wound would prove a foul death say murder a heart failure , seizure or brain concussion will prove both my theories right .



His family should be asked and questioned about his personal life for more incite on my theories.
