this is original gionee but chinese variant.. It is not made for africa... Specifically for china but our oversabi importers go import anything.

Try flashing it nd if it doesn't.... Could be battery priblem but getting the battery is a big task as phone isnt common

you can check the back of the phone or check about phone from settings.
