Hello every one, i am your host igwe victor, today i will be teaching on how to rewind a brushless motor, rc or any brushless, here i will be teaching on D soldering wich is for thrust, but i will show u and analytic image of a Y soldering wich is for speed, with this steps you have no need of buying another expensive motor.
Lets say, i both a new motor and i have not use it for long, and it got burnt, don't throw it away u can make it better as new.

step1: Get the motor
The hard part is removing the coppers, what i use is supper glue remove, after romving the copper you may end up wounding the teeth insulator, use a paper tap to round the teeths.

Step2 Re-winding Base

the process is simple, you will have to turn cw and ccw, the photo will explain it better.

Step3 Copper size

In this project i use the same size of copper used in real brushless motor for rc, you can use 34 , 36 , 39 size. So i bring out 2 yard times 3 and join them in one before winding, see the diagram on how to wind.

standing fan are in runner, and 220v compatible, i don't wind that,
u can follow the brushless for, but u will have an out put of 4 after winding, the winding teeth is at the position of magnate and the shaft is at inside, having a two ball bearing, it can only work with a capacitor.

Now use select your copper and start winding.

after soldering u will tape the solder part and cover it, add a little glue to hold the teeth to the body, now you are done, here is the circiut of Y and D hope this little tutorial work for you? Stay toon for the next see you.
