You know what? Soccer just isn't popular in the U.S. for some reason..
But my nephew is in a kiddie soccer league and seems to be doing well. He loves it!
Come to find out...one of my uncles was a soccer pro...well he was a very good soccer player.
So I guess it may be in my genes...lol.
I know you are gonna be excited about the World Cup.
Is Nigeria gonna be part of it?

...yes that is typical of nigerian parents, however it is changing big time, you see parents taking their kids to different sports academy and all...

DO you mean being "feminine" and "delicate"? Cause I understand "prissy" but "slay-queenish" is on a whole other level.
Slay-queenish is more like being arrogant or proud and obsessed with one's looks....

Well my mother was less-strict. It was mainly my dad!!!
But see there needs to be a balance in anything one does.
One can't always be into the books....
The body should be exercised spiritually, mentally AND physically.

Well I'm just trying to help you out my sister.
I don't want folks getting the wrong impression...
Cause you have not portrayed yourself as a "slay-queen".
You have a nice personality...not rude, arrogant or boastful.
I understand being feminine and delicate.
I believe in that as well.

....the number one sport is soccer here,we love football, the rest follows, Nigerians kinda love basketball, but most do not understand it, too them, it has too many rules, 3 seconds violation, 8 seconds, 24 seconds, foul, offensive foul, back court..e.t.c..table tennis is also liked, but american football, not much....
