it is fungi infections. It may be caused by dirty boxer (unhygienic altitude) or sex. Sometimes to much intake of certain drugs may cause certain fungi or infection to erupt on your system. Now go and buy this cream and drug. The cream name is ROMCIN CREAM and the drug name is fluconazole. Rub good quantities of the cream around the affected area twice a day advisablely morning and night then take the drug 2 tablets @ start then one in the morning and one in the night, then thank me later after 2weeks. The treatment works like magic from the very first day of taking fluconazole and applying the cream(couldn't get romcin cream but was given Skiinel as an alternative). In under two weeks my jock itch has become history and my skin around the affected area has healed and smoothened up.

How much is Fluconazole? Make I no go do JJC for pharmacy.
