I got to a checkpoint and they flagged me over.

Asked for the particulars and I gave them a folder that I already prepared with all the documents neat and orderly in it

Officer: This tint permit is not in your name.

Me: Yes, I don't need tint, it's the car that needs tint and the cars VIN is in the tint permit.
