I have been following this thread silently for months and I noticed that a few persons have refused to share the truth about the current status of this recruitment. I know some people that have chosen to stay quiet will not be happy about this information I am about to share.

1. Some persons made it to the interview without sitting for the aptitude test including those that performed poorly. This was just to fulfil all righteousness to ease pressure. These persons attended the interview in the second week of December, 2017. However, most of them will not get the job.

2. 300+ made it on merit. 400 successful out of 3000+ candidates. 70% score in the interview will guarantee you the job. Federal Character was applied.

3. FCC approved the list and COC was issued; typing of APLs and posting letters commenced 3weeks ago. For those saying the list is with FCC, its either you are not telling the truth or your source refused to disclose this info.

4. Email, SMS will be used to contact successful candidates and Portals will be updated to provide further details regarding pick up of APLs.

5. Some people were called and asked to provide some documents that were missing on their portals in the month of May. Remember the Friday of the third week of May when the portal wasn't accessible and displaying an error message was when such update was done.

6. We will be contacted this month.

7. No one has been issued APL. Ignore such rumour.

8. This is the most transparent recruitment process. Most people with strong connections will be disappointed. The sons and daughters of the common man will make it on merit, thanks to Mr Tata. He deserves an accolade for this.

Lastly, Prayer is Key.

That hardly seems fair tho. Why call people for an interview when they don't stand a chance ? I think it puts more tension even cos if they didn't do the interview they probably would have moved on by now.

I must confess the aptitude test felt like a stroll in the park for me; Baba God was over-involved but everyday since then I keep replaying the “video” of my interview in my head (If you watch the TV series “Black Mirror”; you would know what I am talking about lol).

I had two interviewers, one was on the dominant side asking the questions while the other was a little bit passive. As you guessed I knew the drill, make eye-contact with the Alpha in the room but don’t also ignore the other. I was asked exactly three questions, which I answered to the best of my ability.

At the end of the interview, the Passive interviewer seemed unexpectedly elated about a rather random little detail the person saw on my profile but for the love of me I couldn’t get a read off the dominant interviewer. “Thank you, That is all” the person said. With no facial expression to give me any hint of my perceived performance cry

Which begs my question, regarding our interview score; do the interviewers agree then one of them inputs it or they both input different scores on their laptops (which is then summed up).

Guy please what do you think.

B. R u telling us dat all applicants dat was interviewed 2nd week of Dec. 2017 performed poorly in test addition with dos dat did not sit 4 d test or combination of both well performed candidate in test, poorly performed and does dat did not sit for d test
C.Do u mean only does dat performed impressively that are interviewed in d 1st week of DEC. 2017. Just an observation

Most of the merit candidates had their interview in the first week. For those that attended the interview in the 2nd week consisted of a few merit candidates, more of those that didn’t sit for the test and the others with poor test results (with strong connect). These VIP candidates were meant to be interviewed on the third week but Mr Tata decided to conclude everything on the 15th of Dec.

The few persons contacted that had issues with their portal made the final list. Hence, Most successful candidates were not contacted to update their portals.

The final list has been approved. You can confirm from the HQ, if your name appeared on the final list, which I believe is a mission impossible at this time unless you know the man at the top. Typing of APLs is the reason for the delay not FCC, they are taking their time to avoid mistakes. Believe me when I say this, some sources both at FCC and DPR will remain quiet, if possible give false info simply because their candidates were considered. It’s like signing a non disclosure agreement.

More will make it on merit and few by connection.

Let’s all be patient.

It is only a pessimistic, negative, obtuse individual who is so close minded and blind to growth, development and possibilities that wouldn't see the narrative and consistency in the turn out of events.

Neverdown, Ferguson, onyiridike, the returned Mr Tata man etc are basically all saying the same thing.

This doesn't mean you have to agree with them which I am also indifferent about but you don't fight against objectivity when you don't have a proof of yours.

Like he said, let’s just be patient and pray for the best.

So in the absence of none, I believe all of them until the letter comes and says different. No arguments.

Hmmm. When I mentioned June 10, I categorically said CoC has been issued. It was only yesterday I said my source said maybe CoC was delayed hence the June 10 date not visible. Like I told you before, FCC gave their word on issuing CoC some weeks ago
