It was supposed to appear laterally reversed, just like in the mirror.
4. And to say the massive wound healed in one night, that's less than 24 hours is stupid of the director.
5. A corpse thrown in the river to swell and float just from night to morning is not feasible.
6. That massive injury she dealt the last guy in the penthouse plus the heavy bleeding was supposed to kill him instantly. But I wonder how he got the strength to keep running upandan the house.
That movie is 4/10.

It's a survivor movie.
I agree with all the points you raised. I noticed them too, in fact, I and some of the guys here even had a little discussion about it not long ago, but man, that movie is a lot of fun. The implausibility added to the fun. It's something Quentin Tarantino would make if he was high as a kite, and with less budget to work with. It's a 7/10 from me because, it has an high entertainment value.
