It is simple. They give you their card, you debit them depending on the amount, charge them and give them cash. The debits from the POS is settled into your account (usually on T+1 basis). You will need a platform( mobile money or agency banking), a POS device to debit cards, cash to handle withdrawal requests.These are just a few requirements. I am using citiserve POS terminal (Orangebox), the terminal was given me error message (duplicate transaction) so when I turned it off and on it back, it started telling me gfc-8 login disconnecting. When I press any key, it will take me to desktop but I can't carry out any transaction.

Please I was told that it requires download but I don't know how to do it. That's why I am writing for support.
