Humility017:I am not defending Rohr You guys think to become a Super power in football is a one year's work? I knew we were the underdogs going into that game. And I had always said it. I was just hoping our team could create an upset. |

We are always having problems with our fullbacks. While won't Rohr play 3 at the back, there is something fishy somewhere. |

Oga.. so many IFs o. You are on point but there is one thing I can tell u for sure. You and I should be able to predict Rohr’s next lineup. Expect no surprises. TheSuperNerd: |

Lone striker will never work. Not with Ighalo. Lone strikers are very good with the head. extremely good! We don't even know how to attack. You see Moses trying to work things at the wings, because he's almost certain a cross will be wasted If a lone striker is not very good with the head, he must have mad pace, e.g Vardy Rohr got it wrong It not really about how many defenders we use. We can't seem to score goals This is how I would have set my team today If I was rohr This is how my lineup will look like Moses_____________ Iheanacho ___ ____ Iwobi Etebo_______Mikel _____ Ndidi Idowu ___ Balogun__ Ekong. ___ Shehu/Ebuehi |

A simple 3,5,2 would have saved us from losing the match, but what do i know? Rohr knows it all. An Ighalo that has not scored in 6 matches, even in friendlies is expected to be the savior? half shot at goal from him we didn't see. This man is too rigid to be a good coach. Playing Iwobi as LW killed me, Mikel as AM? Etebo playing as LW and Mikel partnering Ndidi would have saved our faces from this embarrassment. Too bad we lost Moses Simon to injury, just too bad. If the rigid coach likes, let him use the same deadwood Ighalo in the next match. If he likes oh, he shouldn't use 3,5,2 Uzoho Ekong, Balogun, Omeruo Ebuehi, Mikel, Iwobi, Ndidi, Moses Iheanacho, Simy Or Uzoho Omeruo, Balogun, Ogu Ebuehi, Mikel, Iwobi, Ndidi, Etebo Iheanacho Moses Iwobi in both formation should be higher up than the other 4 midfielders. Simple! |

Mujtahida:See, there are always exceptions to certain things. But that tournament experience Iceland gathered from the Euros have helped them through the qualifiers and u saw how they played as a unit today. I am not saying lack of Tournament experience is the only factor, it is one of the factors. I mean what kind of rubbish foul did Ekong commit there to give away that penalty? Why must he make that kind of error in a WC? |

Icon4s:which Keshi's team played which tournament? Team that Keshi turned upside down? How many players from the AFCON and Concede did Keshi take to World Cup? Most of us couldn't even recognize half the team when the 23-man list was released. If we had seen them prior to the World Cup, how come we couldn't recognise them? Keshi's team did not have any tournament experience as a team. A few individuals yes, but a team? Big no |

ChrisKels:That is a blatant cover up. Etebo did not change the direction of anything he only slowed it down and Uzoho just looked the ball into the net. If he had dived he makes the save. |

ChrisKels:Help me ask them o, those making excuses for the team of lacking tournament experience are not fair at all. A team still having players who won afcon, played confed cup and 2014 world cup. Looks like some folks have forgotten that players like omeruo, mikel, Moses, onazi, echejiele, musa are in this team, which tournament experience do they lack for Christ sake |

A mistake many coaches make is trusting strikers that are on a goal drought, because they come close to scoring in matches, but never really score Steven Keshi did it with Emenike Rohr is doing it with Ighalo |

TheSuperNerd:That is it! Lack of tournament experience is a factor. However, the team needs to work hard to overcome it. Rome was not built in a day. |

Icon4s:Which team caused an upset in the 2014 world cup? Dat was the team I mistook for panama, so tell me the experience that team had before what they did in 2014. Man stop it already, most of the Algerian 2014 team came few months before the world cup, Algeria had an imported team just like Morocco today. I even doubt Algeria played in South Africa 2013. How many of Keshi's afcon winning squad made it to Brazil? |

I don't know why nobody wanna point it out but I will harp on it.... VICTOR Moses was very selfless today! (Yes he did go to ground too easily a few times and even blew a big short through pass chance created by Mikel but He did great for the team and tracked back like hell!) He was good on the overall. He is one the players that gives me hope against Iceland. Did anyone see where Rakitic tried to do a matuidi on Moses in that first half? Such evil plot! Thanks goodness Moses survived. |

why are you guys excluding mikel from any blame. to be he is the chief culprit. ighalo can never function well if he is starved. mikel was too lazy going forward and dropping deep. rohr would have subbed him after the first half. his laziness made etebo and ndidi to over work themselves. he hardly hustle for the ball nor press when the opponent is trying to play out from the back. the defence line for me were rarely threatened that was why the croats had to rely of dead balls and croses. if rohr is man enough he should deploy the teams best formation which is playing three at the back or drop mikel from the first 11.for christ sake mikel dosnt have the lungs to run tro and fro as a number 10 is ought to do. so many times he was caught trecking when the team losses possession TheSuperNerd: |
