I remembered when I tried correcting a driver on this thread, some lashed out at me.
Let me give few tips...
1. Greeting your rider should be a must, if your rider replies or not shouldn't be your business.
If your rider replies, good...
2. Take little things into consideration. There are things you can't really control, such as nature. When your rider isn't comfortable, maybe he or she got cold, catarrh, sneezing/coughing, it's wise to show a bit of care, offer a wipe to use, ask if he or she needs water to drink, 50/100naira from your pocket won't kill you.
3. Don't start a conversation except your rider initiates it, if your rider initiates it, know how to maintain professionalism.

4. Use a mild body spray and airfreshner.

Ways to make extra money with your Uber Car


Hello all, today we will explore the extra ways to earn an income if you have a vehicle or drive on Uber.
Transportation in Nigeria is a multi-billion naira industry, taxis and car-hire services make up a huge sector of this industry. Within this sector, millions of Naira exchanges hands on a daily basis.

You can sweeten the deal by offering free Internet, free candy and biscuits, free bottled water, free drinks, free recharge cards etc. The partner should decide how much worth of freebies they can give away and still make a profit. As a result, the passenger gets pampered and spoilt silly at the same amount he/she would pay if he was doing an online Uber trip which ordinarilly wouldnt carry all these freebies.
A partner can afford to do this because the 25% that Uber would otherwise collect on an online trip is now going into the partners pocket, as a result there is more cash to free up in order to entice the passenger to take offline trips with you.
Delivery business
You can also start a delivery business with your car, since you are already in motion across the city, why not approach people who need items delivered, people like restaurants, supermarkets, tailors etc. You can tell your customers you run a delivery business, if they want to buy lunch or they need to pick up their clothes from the drycleaners, they can call you.

This hype on Corolla is too much and it is making the car fucking expensive.

Too much hype on corolla making it unjustifiably and prohibitively expensive. Imagine as far back as 2005 second hand corolla going for a whooping 1.5M! No topnotch aesthetic, bland interior, ugly outlook. The thing weak me.

Now this car will get request on taxify than Corolla 03. Life will humble us all at the end

I am already at home ever since I noticed what was happening to me. Requests were scarce for only for me to see 31 ETA . I just kuku go house

My Uber is ok. Depends on my position.
I even get waiting requests most time before completing a trip. But I want more of taxify cos of promo and lesser commission

Today's weather's best for this job: no rain, no sun, plus no traffic. Back to back on taxify (i know say na Taxify lite madness cos am). Uber placed 1.2x boost since 11am for 8hrs, the longest i hav seen, in most part of lagos. Chopped some trips too.

By the way all my female riders today prefered from seat. And they want to talk.

It’s no hype dude. I have driven 3 different brand of cars. The difference is so much.

i can't drive past 3rd mb/eko bridge empty (in dis famine period) nowadays. Did dat once when i just joined. If destination trip dont take me there, luck sometimes take me there.
