Nice thinking but IGR less than 700,000? That's unbelievable. There are so many businesses in Sokoto town precisely. I did my NYSC in Sokoto State, Binji LGA precisely. The only time you see Local govt staff coming to work is when salaries are expected from 25th and after that back to square one.

well is a state like that, people don't need flyovers. they need education a lot and access to hospitals and some other basic amenities.
