I guarantee you will not find a 2005 S350 W220 that has the same exterior appearance as the vehicle the OP posted.

That specific styling started from the 2006 in Europe, and 2007 in America, and had some facelifts, ultimately terminating in the 2013 Model Year.

The vehicle is a 2006 W221 Merc S350. LWB, from the looks of it. Same as the vehicle below.

This vehicle is not a 2005.

It's a 2006 Model Year.

You seem to be confusing date of manufacture or delivery or registration with model Year.

It's the same vehicle as below. Same images.

Like, 2019 cars are currently in production. By August/September they go on sale. They were made in 2018 but for MY19.

Note earlier I mentioned that the European model years for the S350 W220 were 1999 - 2005,

The American W220 S350 ran from 2000 - 2006.

The vehicle you posted an image of is a 2006 Model Year AMERICAN S350 W220. The same vehicle in Europe would be a 2005 Model Year S350.

It's the vehicle below.

Summary is, this vehicle is a German manufactured, European market 2006 Mercedes-Benz S350 W221 LWB.

Thanks but what baffles me is how the owner assumes is a 2012 car. Was she deceived. I will contact her today
