The guy you quoted is an imposter and a goat. Actually I've heard about the renaming before now. I don't like any Eastern governor, they are just figure heads with their mouth on the balls of Buhari. Obiano wanted a 'classy' name for that street because it is one of the 'classiest' streets in awka with hotels and clubs, he didn't do it to spite anyone.
