The midget Umahi is an emotional clown, this puppet does not represent the good people of Ebonyi.. These are little things that can be settled amicably not shouting in public.

If there is any road/ monument that needs to be renamed, it will have to be Murtala Mohammed Park New Market Enugu.. The animal led the massacre of thousands of young men in Asaba during the Biafran War..

It is sheer unintelligence on your part to have brought in the Yorubas to underline your statement.
If you want to talk about the inevitability of disagreement amongst your people, do so without making wrong assertions about others so as to corroborate your point.

Ife and Modakeke's fight has become history. They are more united than ever. The Ijebu are one of the most respected part of Yoruba land as they are very intelligent, business say and extremely wealthy.
And Yoruba Christians and muslims are more tolerant than any group of multi-religious people anywhere in the world today to the point of getting married across religious lines.

Be cured of your bitterness

Cyynthialove:
Rivalry, agreement and disagreement are inevitable because those things are characteristics of human being. Once you remove the aforementioned, then humanity seize to exist.

Even here in Yoruba land, the discrimination is more stronger that we thought. Ife and Modakeke no dey take eyes see each other, Ife don't marry Modakeke and vice versa.
What of Ogun, some of my people are afraid to marry Ogun man due to juju . As for Ijebu, we see them as lesser Yorubas and have no regards for them.
I don't want to discuss about Yoruba Christians vs Yoruba Muslims because even kids can read the handwriting on the wall concerning such matter ..

Summary: Every tribe has internal crisis, but always quick to come together and fight their common enemies.

How does renaming of a street in Anambra automatically becomes looking down on Ebonyians?

This governor is gradually looking like an overfed oaf... By the way, Abakaliki people aren't trouble makers and he shouldn't make them look like one with his petty statements.

This is so petty when u consider that the idiot of a governor had this to say while he connives with fulani people to bring his own people down.

Was he not the one issuing foolish statements about igbos who choose to observe may 30th sit @ home other?

The guy you quoted is an imposter and a goat. Actually I've heard about the renaming before now. I don't like any Eastern governor, they are just figure heads with their mouth on the balls of Buhari. Obiano wanted a 'classy' name for that street because it is one of the 'classiest' streets in awka with hotels and clubs, he didn't do it to spite anyone. Even at that the renaming will fail at the end just like Ezi Elias (Ezi Okpala) did.

Are you new to nairaland or what? That bingo you quoted is a dirty imposter with many handles, so don't be decieved! On topic, the governor of Ebonyi state is a very stvpid and myopic man who is being used as a tool for destabilization in Igboland. This bast.ard won't have said anything if this was done by a northern governor, in fact, he would have been the one to defend them!! He is just trying to instigate the people of Ebonyi state against their kits and kins. Of all the important things in the world, this idiotic man is only worried about name change of a street!!? I'm from Imo state and although the name change may be for good reasons but that governor should either allow the status quo or rename another Street Abakailaki road in to stop the Judas called Umaru from bringing division in Igboland. The current crop of governors we have in Igboland today are all efulefus. Smh.
