Lexusgs430: This is why women of nowadays don't respect men. When it's suits you, you beat your chest, you're a man, you're the head, you can't stand a woman who is not submissive, too independent and does not take to your decision yen yen yen. When it doesn't suit you, you run away and start saying ladies should do this... ladies should do that. When you marry that woman do you think she will ever respect you seeing as she knows you're an indecisive mudafuka who dumps everything in her shoulders as soon as the heat gets hot. 4 Likes 1 Share |

charliboy654:is he expecting some accolades? He wrote a long epistle making it look like his ex-gf does not have reason to be angry with him, if it's you that your gf gave birth and left the child at your doorstep, then comes back later for the child won't you think she is bad influence on the child and a horrible person? I hope he has truly changed and I hope the girl does not find out that he wanted to abort her. 2 Likes |

adorable29:I still insist that u can only be fixed when u start relating with people, either known or strangers, with dignified representation of yourself...this is highly poor. I don't know if you had similar experience when you were still young or someone close to you did but wisdom should communicate to you (if u allow it anyway) that they both had secx DAT led to the pregnancy. As the boy was foolish to have engaged in such act, so was the Lady, so none should be treated like an hero/one in this situation and both should be due for whatever situation they faced as an outcome of their indulgence. Have that firstly, at the back of ur feeble mind. Then, practically, the best thing for any reasonable man in his shoes was to firstly sort out what will cater for the family peradventure they form a union. Even if they didn't get over it, the only thing that can be reasonable for the man is for him to take care of the basics according to his capability and capacity. Now, we can't say precisely may be the guy abandoned her because he did not mention that but the girl is not seen to claim that she never wanted an irresponsible (then) 'boy' to father her child. A lot of things that are not yet revealed here have happened BTW them and during that trying period, so you can't use you miniature mind to judge the guy forgetting the fact they can still come together as couple. After all, they are not as stranded as you are . |

Boyooosa: The issue with you is that you are quite unintelligent. You are so biased and unreasonable that you are cooking up ludicrous stories to add to what was presented. You lack basic emotional intelligence that you can't tell that this is not about heroism or no heroism. Read this slowly.... Everyone knows they both made a mistake. Everyone knows they could have supported EACH OTHER and gone through the storm together. Everyone knows he was having none if it and hid it from his family for two years. Everyone knows he is now ready to be a good dad. Asides you that is daft, every other person agrees to all the above. The bone of contention however is that the immature guy has BROUGHT IT TO SOCIAL MEDIA and made it seem as though he is the hero. Hence the backlash. He even used the baby in all of this. You are too d.umb to understand the larger picture. What do you even mean by stranded? Are you well at all. 3 Likes |

MarieSucre: Why is it that when an argument is initiated, you resort to using swear words ? May I wager because you eventually know you would lose the argument or too weak to stand your corner, hence resorting to insultive insinuations/innuendos? You do the same in real life, face2face and online ........ And you always wonder why you are left carrying the baby alone ? 1 Like |

adorable29:Left to me, I can handle you... I can help you restore your factory setting and its been reflected tru the emboldened. So you knew this when you mentioned that the guy abandoned her blah blah... I am educating you that such situation would have been followed by alot of things not revealed here. Thank God you even ran quickly to the valid point raised by other reasonable peep that condemns the act of discussing such issue in a public dormaun which I also condemn. But critically, this story would have blessed a million guys this morning cos of the emotions that follow the story if digested positively: 1, it cautions not to go into casuals when u r not ready 2, it also encourages young men (baby daddies) to charge themselves into full responsibility of the lives they have created and probably establish another good home. 3, it can also guide other dudes in the same position now, on how to go about recovery or reconciliation in such situation. 4. Being a lovely father is the best thing that can ever happen to a man after being a good husband. All these learnt in one uniquely summarised story is a blessing to those who read with broad mind and not the ones that read with mischievous and frudtrated hearts, always ready to pick offence and get frustrated in every piece done by happy children of God. He felt accomplished having hope of getting her jewel back, u dey there dey frustrate. Here in my place, we don't kill joy! We even get creative when people celebrate! And ur 'shading', everyone is not like u that fights herself after all efforts to fight everybody remain futile; the tone of that piece doesn't reflect shading or what did u call it, but pure sound of victory and hope. 1 Like |

adorable29:You got the story wrong. The baby girl was just three weeks old when battle for custody ensued. So there was never a time he abandoned the mother. Only that he wasn't ready for marriage. |

Saintmary:There is always 2nd chance in every human's life and repentance is sacred. Let he that has never been wrong cast the first stone. Moreover, I did not read it anywhere in the story that someone abandoned the other. One was scared of the responsibility ahead and the other moved on which is natural considering the circumstance. Why now the sentiment of abandonment...abeg. |

adorable29: just so you know, both you and freshvine did the same thing: you both made assumptions on incomplete information using your inherent/residual bias. This was the information: "As a broke college student I told her I’m not ready for anything extra now other than graduating and getting my life together. So it was tough" you assumed he left her to suffer and go through pregnancy and childbirth alone while freshvine assumed extra meant marriage |

monex: For someone who told us he "booked tickets" just so he can see her as if booking tickets is such an achievement in the child's life, he definitely would have added that he took care of the baby. Same person whose own PARENTS had no idea they had a grand child for TWO WHOLE YEARS ASIDES THE NINE MONTHS PREGNANCY is the one you say was caring for mother and child? There is something called deductive intelligence. You can deduce intelligently from a part to form a whole. |
