Sacking the lecturer is not enough. Rape is a felony and perpetrators should be prosecuted and sent to jail.

This sacking is the first step and shows culpability. The Police should now arrest and charge to court the lecturer involved for rape.

Facts and evidence used by the school to arrive at their decision should then be gathered by the Police and presented to the Judge in which case, a guilty verdict for rape would be attained.

You went through several years of school, numerous exams and interviews just to land your dream job and probably your only source of income and then you lose all of that because of lust. How will you explain the cause of your termination to your wife, kids, church members and neighbors?
