I don't know if it does the kind of editing you want (maybe if you upgrade to paid version)but it does some level of PDF editing for the free version I use.

WPS can convert word to PDF and vice versa but the converted PDF I don't really like cos the fonts look a little of italic and the colour has a slight difference. That's not to worry if you're not after excellent outcomes like me.
What I do I use Word app to prepare my documents, save it in DOC format, use another app (not WPS) to convert to PDF.

I believe the paid version of WPS can do the job, I don't know but I prefer having the paid version of my adobe acrobat to do my conversions for me.

Please what app can be used in PC to convert from pdf to words n vice versa?
