Idowu was poor. I don't even think he made a single tackle yesterday and was part of the reason Iceland was having joy on our left flank in the first half. Ebuehi was far better both attacking and defensive wise.

I already addressed that with the midfield playing in a more compact fashion. Roberto Carlos had poor defensive games but his offensive attributes covered for his lapses.

KY Son is the perfect example of a striker who is mobile, quick and motivated. The guy have been using his mobility to actually cause problems.
Hopefully some of our analysts here are watching this one closely.

why are you like this...?
you wanna tamper with this team....?
the team never played badly...
I explained to a friend the reason for the lethargic performance in the first half...was because of the novelty of the 3-5-2
during the second half they gradually settled into the game....and exploded. now you wanna change the team just to make way for your fantasy moses abilities....

You always think of improving a team if not the team slowly loses form. Never Be satisfied with the status quo.

that error came as a result of playing a right full back as a left full back , he went for the ball with the right leg, if he was to be a left footer , he would have controlled used the left foot and that would have saved us from the blunder Omeruo orchestrated. we will do better against Argentina , i hope they will use their 3-5-2 formation against us too . A troubled Argentine team will come out like a wounded lion against , we brighten their hope and we can also make them to experience pain that they have caused us in the past . This was exactly what was explained when Aina made that blunder.

It is best to play players in their familiar role sometimes.

Complete remission means that there is no evidence of cancer in his system.

It means he is cured.

It doesnt mean he is completely cured bro. U can prove me wrong.

Complete abatement otherwise called complete response doesnt prove u are free off the disease until further scrutinization. It only means u have won about 80% of the battle.

Writing that my point is bullshit does not mean any thing. Moses has made repeated runs for us. Moses has scored two in a match and won man of the match. He also has more attributes including defensive attributes Musa does not have better than Moses. Musa is not a better dribbler.

I have made my point.
Moses has also scored goals for Chelsea but it didn't make Conte put him in a forward role. Being a better dribbler with average linkup play and lack of awareness is more reason why such player shouldn't play in the centre. Abc.

What intrigues me most about Musa is that at just 25, he has
1. played 2 world cups
2. married 2 wives
3. numerous children
etc.

Musa badoo

And when you think he is beginning to lose relevance in the team he shows up and performs at the biggest stage.

This is a player many here believe he made the squad due to quota system.

He may likely surpass Yobo and Enyeama in number of caps.

I am talking of how we can get the team to play even better than we did yesterday and you are talking Chelsea. Did you see Diego Costa and Morata in our team? Na wa oooo.

But he still did well at that left.

With Idowu's continued downward spiral, there is hope for Aina soon.

Let me confess that I never wanted him in the squad not to talk of the first team.

I think he has found his best position of one of a two pronged attack. His finishing is good, he has also got the pace, and movement off the ball.

I kinda like him now. smiley

Don't you think Conte would have thought of Moses at the time Costa left or Morata was underperforming?
Forget nonsense, Musa made us play better even against Czech and England, I only saw Musa, Iwobi, Etebo and Ogu. Those were the four that impressed me in those matches, not fvcking Moses. Ebuehi was impressive too.

Three things

1. Moses will fall, fall and fall if he plays in place of Musa... Falling is guaranteed!!

2. If he isn't falling, then he is busy dribbling himself out of scoring position... That is also guaranteed..!

3. If he is not doing either of those, then he will shoot over the bar...

So how exactly is he going to do a better job than Musa?

Moses is needed more from the middle or from either of the wing backs to be the link up we so need between the middle and the attack

Please tone down on your idea... Musa is better where is and so is Moses

I dont know if anybody noticed his weak and pathetic dribble at the end of 1st half that almost cost us. Moses is a confirmed average player that thinks he is world class. Its time he sits on the bench.

U just repeated what I said, that he still gotta be subjected to further tests(scrutinization), so until those tests and other things, u cant say he is completely free

Harry Kane goes to get the ball for himself he doesn't rely on passes even though he gets such players at Tottenham. You need to adapt to your circumstance. Ighalo has been phenomenal but in a system where playmakers aren't available he needs to acclimatize or he will look out of place.

During the qualifiers, Mikel owned that playmaker role but this ability isn't shining in the bigger stage, making Ighalo appear unproductive.

So ighalo go sidon for front dey wait for ball abi
The earlier you understand the difference in style of play the beta

It's a mass hysteria effect. The Ighalo bashing is agenda driven. You have to be an independent thinker to figure this out.

Like Ighalo is blocking some player's chance.

And do4luv14,

This is Kingsley Amuneke. One of the players we played against in that epic game against Sari-Iganmu. He later went ahead to feature for Nigeria's Golden Eaglets at Ecuador in 1995. Me and Bina kept him busy in that game.

Ighalo does not work the channels, Kelechi and Musa did.

Musa was running all over the place, the defenders could not pin him down. For the second goal, Ighalo would have been in the center not in the position where Musa was, to take advantage of Omeruo's clearance.

Ighalo actually played well when he came on. His hold up play was very good. Perhaps he should have passed the ball earlier but he was not bad when he came on..
