Here are my takeaways from the tests, may be it will help those writing next year. Dragnet flopped big time.

1. NUMERICAL REASONING
This section is just not cool, in any aptitude test, you are expected to test accuracy and speed. In doing so, you should give small values and fractions that can be manipulated since you are not giving is calculator, not stupid values like 29,908.
Even if you can give strong large values at least let the options be wide. Not giving us options like 11.21, 11.22, 11.23 etc.

This is highly unprofessional.

2. VERBAL REASONING.
This is the only section that is a little bit balanced.

3. ENGINEERING SECTION
This is the useless questions I ever read in my life. How is this fair at all?

Did anybody get something that is not General Engineering,
Or am I the only one that has be befallen with such New and Discipline unrelated questions, PS I studied Petroleum Engineering and all I saw in General Engineering is civil engineering related

Today is the 10th time am writing different dragnet exams.

Guess what?

I passed all with the exemption of last years' Agip which I wrote again today.

We gisted with the Agip officials for over an hour in Abuja today after the exams, and they respect our feedback. They even called and where shouting to the dragnet guys. The Agip guys really mean it. Guess what? they follow our feedbacks on Nairaland.

May God help us all.

I'm sure overseas should be more than local applicants. I also believe results should be out soon. September is just few months away.

I wish these scholarships have a publicised timeline on when they will give results so that we know if to keep expecting or move on

If you havent been contacted in 2 weeks time just forget about it...last year they called on phone just a week after the exam..oversea was 4 candidates and local was 10 .. Goodluck waiting

You see why Engineers should be angry that their disciplines were not properly reflected,. Just 4 for overseas and I could not answer Discipline specific questions at all
