I'm the type of boss who strikes a balance between being a friend and an Instructor to get maximum productivity.

If one gets too close, "see finish" go enter am. Distance yourself, low productivity could be the outcome. One just have to maintain a balance based on the personality and the IQ of the employee involved.

Thanks for the advice.. It's not pride, it's called "Deep belief in ones capabilities"
