Why won't the legislature pass a bill to criminalize farm encroachments and rustling?

If the farmer/herder imbroglio is the underlying cause, shouldn't there be a law to address it?

If the president is so incompetent, why won't the NASS send him packing? Because they're implying he's failed in the primary duty of protecting all Nigerians.

But if you think someone in government, in a position to make a difference, is better off talking and tweeting to solve the issue, then you're welcome to your own hubris.
