The plot for duplexes goes for N3.5M while the plot for penthouse goes for N2.5M. You can pay installment for a tenure of 24months. However you can move to the site after payment 50% of the total cost. The land is in Grandeur Gardens, an upcoming modern estate. We have limited plots for sell.
