Guys pls I just got my new xiaomi redmi 5plus about 4 days ago, I didn't bother to make a call with it as I was Busy doing restorations while I use WiFi.

I got done only to realize the mouth piece(mic) is bad.

People don't hear except I turn on speaker. I have notified the seller, just wanna know if this is a peculiar issue and possible solution
