Please those who have successfully applied can weigh in on this.

Which of below 3 options is the best way to address job reference letter to. Option 1 is what is on the sample letter being shared on this forum but I suspect it may be wrong.

1) Centralized Intake Office,
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada,
Sydney,
Nova Scotia.

Great people,
Please I just want to confirm if there is any peculiar issue with EE applicant who work in the civil service I.e. civil/public servant.
I'm asking because there is a particular question about declaring all government positions held by applicant(post ITA).
Also, i would like to know if anyone has applied as a government worker here?

Thank you sir/ma

Option 2 and 3 is fine. The Citizenship was omitted in the first option. I used option 3 for mine

Hello house,

I will still go through the pages with time but I wish to migrate to Canada. I have a degree in Information Security and also with good knowledge of Blockchain and cryptocurrency.

Also, I have academics IELTS result with a 7.5/9.

Dear nairalanders, kindly help with the process, cost and all possible tidbits to get to Canada and also, does this look feasible this year?

I just got turned down from a job cos I don't have work permit, the HR thought I was already a go but she advised I work towards coming around as it's easier to get a job while on ground than away in another country.

I seek your candid opinion and suggestions in this migrating thing.

Appreciate lots.

Let me try. Go to page 0. You don't need to read all the pages. Page 0 is an excellent t summary. Then read the CIC website. You will need to redo your IELTS as you need General IELTS and not Academic.

I applied as civil servant. I didn't declare any government position. I only stated Lagos State Government as my employer. I think the government position thing is for "politicians". Just put the government as employer n state ur particular position as against just writing "civil servant".

I wrote my test with MOD. I took the speaking test a day after the written ones. Inform them tomorrow, it is possible they work out something for you.

Hello everyone,

My highest qualification is an msc degree in chemical engineering. I don't have verifiable work experience in this occupation. But, I have over 4 Years experience in logistics with proper documentation. So I was wondering if my experience in logistics will be counted if I nominate chemical engineer . Can I also claim my Nysc work experience?

Lol, well I went downstairs and it was there. There’s a post office where I stay so I suppose they dropped it off at my house.

I wrote IELTS there, twice with British Council, and headphones were provided. We used MAUVE 21, pronounced, ma-hu-veh 21, I don't know if there is any other centre at Ibadan, hence my details.
Good luck.

You would be directed to page 0, but let me indulge you out of what information I gleaned.
Just find the NOC for the job experience you have, and apply for Express entry with it. When you get to Canada (I like typing that name), you may pursue your chemical engineering dream that Naija dey suffer. Meanwhile, if you ask me what NOC is, then, you MUST go to page 0.
Good luck!

Use the M.Sc for the ECA and search for the applicable NOC for your Logistics work experience.
You can claim NYSC if you can back it up with documentation.
