don't buy adsense account.they eventually get banned later.only the one you. signed up for by yourself using a website or the one signed up for by someone you know using a website last longer.most of the adsense account sold online are hacked accounts that are mostly inactive.when you are about to change name, verify pin. or after some times they get banned by google

OP, get a new domain. Do 301 redirect, both on host and on google webmaster console.

After making sure everything is fine, apply for another adsense with the new domain. You're to do this if your domain has also been banned, which is most likely the case
