Hello guys! Camon X Pro is out amidst much fanfare, and rightly so. But... is it really spectacular or just another waka-pass device from the popular smartphone brand? It comes at a time when Tecno were releasing mediocre and merely refurbished phones, and thus, making us think they might be losing the battle to Infinix. I mean, take a look at the Tecno Camon CM; there was surely no upgrade at all. The Infinix Hot S3 (of which I'm critical of it 2015 snapdragon chipset) did way better than it did. The Camon X Pro is a statement of intent and a better response to Infinix Hot S3. Infinix lovers might be tempted not to appreciate the sentiment, but Tecno Fans would surely think otherwise. Enough of all jargons... is the Camon X Pro an exceptional device? I'll leave you to be the judge of that. I wouldn't really go into much details like I did on my blog, but it might be enough to rate it. In fact, I'm writing this outta my head on my bed right now. Design It comee with a polycarbonate build and a slim design. The polycarbonate (plastic) design is not associated with premium smartphones in recent times. I don't why Tecno couldn't take the leap. Not to take anything from its design, it's a good design. Multistasking is on a whole different level with its 4GB RAM. CAMERA The highlight, headline (or whatever you may call it) of the device. Tecno Camon X Pro comes with a bump in camera specs. Everyone is crazy about a device camera... almost everyone. It features a 16MP rear camera with quad (4) LED Flash. Jesu! Funkeh! 4 LED Flash? Hmmm... yea. You can capture Amazon photos at night and lowlight situations. For selfie lovers, this would set you at the edge. It features a remarkable 24MP Front camera with dual LED flash. Don't be fooled.Nothing compares to original brands (samsung, huawei, apple,lg. Trust me. Techno , infinix, itel and others are just washed up versions of the main brands. Don't waste your money. 2 Likes |
