Haven't you seen most cows transported via trucks to various abbatiors before? Day old chicks were transported to far north from Oyo and heaven did not fall.

Every state has a master plan so even if you acquire any land from any omo onile for the wrong purpose you risk loosing ownership and properties on the land. The case of Igbo transportation companies in Lagos should suffice. There can never be any cattle ranch in any place without the approval and authorization of the state Govt.
