I guess this means I will have to book my connecting flight from Nig. What happens if I have a delay in one of the layovers and miss my connecting flight, what would be the solution to this.

you also need a debit card with your name for online booking on Egypt air. weekdays tickets are cheaper than weekend. you can still get $1040 to Melbourne. Melbourne to Adelaide using Tiger air or Jetstar for around 150AUD ( Extra luggage of 40kg inclusive).

Just keep calm I applied 25th of April and I got my grant 2days ago,I am hopeful you will get your grant before Monday.The funny thing is my immi acc still shows further assessment even when I had received the grant Msg.My school resumes 23th of july also.

Congrats to everyone whose visa was and will be granted. My advice is that before arrival, try to connect with some Nigerian pastors and the Muslims should look for their Muslim brothers. Do not hope on one friend to do everything for u unless ur friend is either a citizen or permanent resident. I was lucky to have a friend but I was only accommodated for one night

I deferred my July 2018 admission to Oct 2018, so that I can meet up with d docs requested. someone in Aussie told me the date is not good for int. student, in d sense day u won't have enough time or no time to work.

Its school first then work comes second. U should consider ur primary reason of coming. Were u granted a working visa or srudent visa . whatever time you come , u wil find a job . my advice is that u come atleast one month before resumption

Hello everyone,
I just applied for masters in communication into the university of technology sydney. It's a 1.5 year programme, and I know that getting a PR in Australia is easier if you go for a 2years course. What I intend doing is to do a PhD after my masters or do another masters.
I dont know if my plan is the best one. I will really appreciate it if I can get some advice (either encouraging or discouraging me) and I will love to hear better options. Thank you.

I submitted my application on 18th April, did biometrics on 23rd April n medicals on 2nd may. Admission date is 9th July. My visa page is saying further assessment since 25th June. Still not heard from dibp. Just have dis new week left. Pls who else applied with this time. Its taking so much time.

in my own advice is best you call the Australian embassy in South Africa.i had similar issues in 2015 when my visa was granted my case officer uploaded my visa twice on the system so the computer couldn't dictate my visa. call Australian embassy in South African to help you if not to them they believe you have a visa. call them from 8.30 to 11.30 they only answer calls for 3hrs currently in Australia call centre is closed cos is night here already
