I wish to know if an auxiliary nurse has any chance of being employed overseas. Plz kindly suggest to my friend.

She has an experience as an auxiliary nurse for one year. She is planning to relocate to overseas with the husband but she is kind of confused, she want to know if she should be hopeful with her certificate as an auxiliary nurse or look for a skill to learn.

auxiliary nurses don't have any union or a degree to back it up, so I doubt if their is employment for them.

even an ancillary hospital attendant has good educational background, if she is not a nurse tell her she has nothing to do in the health field or else na prison she go rot

Some people will want to transmit their frustration and personal problems to anyone around them even on a faceless forum.

Has your troubles affected you sense of reasoning that you can't make a point without bashing and sounding pained.

Unfortunately,Our government is a useless one...Even with your bachelor Degree from either Private,Federal or state Universities,You still have to at least further your education in many of those advanced countries, in order to get yourself that dreamed job.If you considering the United state of America,Then you should be thinking of acquiring at least one of those two years nursing certificate....

The chances are very slim. She can do any other things but to function as "Auxiliary Nurse" is relatively not feasible but that nomenclature is alien to them. To be candid with you, even trained/certified Nurses go through some Herculean task before their registration can be perfected.
My Advise:
-If she have the means, let her go and enrol over their for Nursing certification or at least LVN.
-Or, let her start a formal Nursing Education in Nigeria(gaining admission is damn challenging this days).
-Or let her travel to engage in semi-skilled labours that pays better.

Of course Yes. An Auxiliary Nurse with at least 3-4 years of working experience in the country of residence can work as Nurse Assistant or health assistant in Canada, UK and US.

This is wonderful, just seeing this now after Soo many years of making this post. My Friend has travelled out and has been working since then, although she took some courses to back her experience up. Thanks ��
