The fact that there is a transmission issue is not enough to warrant the statement of the Presidential spokesman. What he should have said should be "There has been improvement in power generation, Government will ensure that the excess power generated is transmitted and distributed to meet the ever growing electricity demands of the populace" The spokesman's statement indicated an over production of electricity and a lack of demand therein. 1 Like |
