Why do you want to leave the business because I'm thinking of going into it

My major issue in the business is geting a permanent workers. Is either they steal or manover money and when u confront them , they will jst leave. My husband has bin d person tryin all his best to make it d factory stand. And since purewater is nt a one man job, he jst cant do it any more.

Ok,your issue is not external but internal,right?
By internal I mean what's happening inside the factory.
By external I mean what's happening in the market.

Ofcourse he cant run it alone,that is why it is a business.it is meant to make profit, employ a work force and pay them.

Understand that no matter what is happening today in the industry,the business ought to be run in a corporate way.
