APC or PDP by virtue of the law (FOI bill) has a right to know government spending. There's no moral clause in the bill, stop speaking like a paid agent.

After all when APC came on board they demanded how monies were spent, and failure to do so jail awaits the person.

Bro I get your point, because PDP stole returned loot does not mean if APC also steals and get caught by a PDP member then APC is innocent.

As lettered people I think we need rise above rabid partisanship. The interest of Nigeria should be Paramount in our mind first before the interest of any political party or individual.
We should be able to ask what credible, debateable evidence is PDP providing to back up their claim of missing $322 million as opposed to the terms and conditions attached to the release of the loot?

Has the Swiss authorities and world Bank dropped the ball and no longer monitoring the disbursement? Are they also in agreement that the fund is missing and no longer traceable?

If no reasonable shred of evidence however circumstancial is provided apart from the voice of Ologbo diyan, PDP spokesman, is it worth debating, knowing their antecedents and the fact that they are like wounded lions?
