From the APC rally video online, Senator Ngige's statement on "With PVC & Everything" should explain to Nigerians the meaning of the "everything" in his statement since only PVC is needed in the election on Saturday. Maybe his explanation will help the electorates in their preparation.

Should anyone here know what he meant by it, should please put us through too.

what he meant is very simple, win Fayose by all means and there won't be earthquakes and the heavens will not fall after all he did same to Fayemi and never shown any remorse sign until date.

Don't mind that i*diot. I had to watch the video over and over and could see the guy's speech was not coherent at all.
Did you see the part where he said "the nays have it"?.
Those are the slowpokes and scammers Buhari surrounds himself with.
