Pls i am looking for suggestions on phone i can buy..
My number one interest is the selfie camera.
The phone is for a lady and cameras are the number one priority.
Budget should not be more than 60k

You can try xiaomi they have great phones (check xiaomi group) or buy infinix note 5. Cheers mate
