I stated it clearly that both pdp and Fayemi name were mentioned and I went ahead to ask who Feyemi was before I got it from your post that he is the Apc aspirant. The old woman has clearly collected her own 4k but because she didn't want anybody around her to know she would still vote for her preferred candidate FAYEMI she had to come in close to the reporter and whisper Fayemi to her as her choice despite the 4k given to her to vote PDP.

The only entity directly implicated by the video here is Fayemi because his name was called.
The other entity implicated (indirectly) is the APC because he is their candidate.
