If most governors pay salaries regularly to workers, enabling business environment, pay gratuities and pension and have functional health-care system that is free or almost free no one will need sympathy and be at the mercy of same class of people causing the problem.

Just saying..
Most people who criticise God are shallow and ignorant. It doesn't mean that each time a baby is born, God took clay and mould the baby and then dropped it in his/her mother's womb, NO.

God only moulded Adam and Eve as a template of human, he then gave them ability to procreate on their own. So, it's not God that mould a new born baby with deformity, it's what the innocent child inherits from parents, environment and other conditions.
