Efficacy Construction Company is a Lagos Nigerian-based Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Company that specializes in all Building Construction, Civil Engineering and Project Management Works.

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position below:

Job Title: Graduate Trainee
Location: Lagos
Job Functions: Civil Engineering and Construction, Building Technology and Engineering Designs

Specification
Applicants should have interest in the following areas:
Water treatment pant
Sewage treatment Plant
Drainage System.
Effluent treatment plant.

Requirements
Applicants must:
Must have completed NYSC before September 2018.
Experience 0-2 years.
Be Graduates of Science related discipline
Not be more than 25 years of age.

You get recruited and will be trained for a while (company's decision). If you perform satisfactorily during the training period, you get permanently staffed.

P.S. This scheme varies across companies and is solely dependent on the companies' requirements.

Graduate Trainee Program: another way the Entrepreneur is cheating Labour and is very common in our society this days. Wetin my four years in school mean now?
