Yes,the post office staffs are the culprit,mayb cos he is not a regular there,they want to rip him off.

This country is something else. My order will expire in two weeks time and I'm seriously praying that it shouldn't arrive again.

Do a backup and factory reset it. Use it for like two weeks. And the battery should normalise. I experienced the same thing when I updated immediately after purchase. I did what I suggested and it improves.

Thanks guys, I had to format the device..
Didn't even backup anything.. and the battery is now okay. Just 6 Percent dropped since 1h 30 mins
