The 1st time I filled the test answers using the click here link, I was told forms had close upon submission.

I quickly mailed them but an initiative came and I went back to the mail and copied the intext link and filled the test questions again. Do that too.

You should get a form successfully submitted. Hurry brother.

Guano – or bird excrement – has long been a big business in Peru. The rocky islands of the country’s pacific coast are home to large populations of seabirds, such as cormorants, pelicans and boobies. The bird’s guano contains high concentrations of phosphorus and nitrogen, making it prized as a natural fertilizer and an ingredient in gunpowder.

Although guano has been valued since the Inca Empire, in the 19th century it became a commodity. By the 1840s, guano extraction was carried out by indentured labourers and convicts, many of whom perished. So great was guano’s economic importance that it indirectly contributed to several wars. In the early 19th century, however, the guano industry declined following the discovery of nitrogen fixation, in which nitrogen gas is converted into liquid ammonia fertilizer.

Today the Peruvian guano industry is thriving again. Approximately 23,000 tons of guano are sold annually as organics fertilizer. Extraction remains backbreaking manual labour, as machinery frightens birds away. Although the poachers kill thousands of birds each year, Peru’s seabird population has doubled over the past four years. Overfishing and climate are the guano’s industry main threats, as seabirds depend on rich anchovy stocks.

because he is, u don't help people by posting the questions to the public, u don't know maybe those who set d questions are on NL or not

I attempted all the questions yesterday as well but upon submission, I got a mail that the site has been closed... I was very sad even now that I'm typing this I am terribly sad because this is the first genuine interview mail I w be getting this year.
How I wish I could attempt again...I clicked submit before the given time(5:pm) but all to no avail.

Hi Emmanuel, please don't feel sad. We are not sure the job isn't marketing, which majority will not even do.I know that feeling but please don't give up applying. God will do something great

I got the same response..even before the time. I feel bad. But all the same I gotta cheer up and wait for another opportunity.

Later,this evening, I got a email again from Alian and Grant to rewrite the test,of which I immediately concur and I have submitted. I got the response below.
Nevertheless, I made some underground research, and I got to know is job is more or less a marketing job,but if I'm wrong,I need some one to educate me further about FBN insurance... thanks
