If we have our own Flag carrier it can fly directly to anywhere. In fact it is not allowed to transit so Only Nigerian or American airlines can fly directly between Nigeria and the US.

I don't know if there is such demand for flights to Australia.

Nigeria Air is the worst of all the names that have been given our national carrier.

Richard Branson was the one who would have made our national carrier the best in Africa but greedy politicians destroyed it.

I can bet that this airline will not survive the next 5 years. This country is faulty from its core. Anything that has government involvement is bound to fail.

The reason we can never have a successful national carrier is because airline is a business with vast gross revenue but thin net income. The moment politicians and everyone who thinks they own Nigeria start seeing daily flights to London and New York, they believe they ought to get a part of the cake that does not exist and that will be the end.

Our indigenous car production Innoson its production services is being frustrated by the federal govt. NEPA or weda na PHCN or disco or whatever its called cant even provide light for straight 12 hours. Congo u telling me to run i even heard that nigerians are running there for asylum and ghana. Nigeria is the highest importer of generator in the world and we are the number 1 poorest ppl on earth after aghanistan according to worldbank. Wow buhari is such a great leader..he's doing a wonderful job.soon he will turn the whole nigeria to cow colony.

Let the minister show us any agreement they have made.
If you go on the farnborough air show website everything is quite clear there.
You will see countries that have order for commercial fight such as Quatar and co. Nigeria is not mentioned anywhere there.
We in the western world have access to these airshow and we get answer when asked. f you doubt me ask the minister how many commercial flight has Nigeria ordered. [b][/b]

I can't be pushing pics taken there here you know now for privacy reasons. But out of this place we can share pics. If you are on gmail talk to me on hangout I can show you some.

That said, it was a smooth ride and extremely clean. We had about four stops before the airport. 1. Stadium. 2. Idu 3. One funny name like that. 4. Final destination Airport. I had to send a driver to wait for us at the airport to convey us back because the return trip was slated for 1.30pm. overall it is a great and good development. But we had a chat with the management and we were all shouting maintenance into their ears. Hopefully they listen.
