Why place the phone in a polymer where it can't have ventilation? Our clothes are mostly ventilated so no room for accumulated heat capable of cooking egg. What he should have done was to get his trouser, hang it on the wall n place the egg n phone together .

I tend to disagree with the Op. putting the phone in an airtight polythene bag is entirely different from putting the phone in a man's trousers pocket which is not airtight and allows for ventilation.

And bytheway, how can you be too sure that the egg placed inside the polythene bag was a fresh one and not cooked? Did anybody at the seminar raise that point?
