I don't think so. I think he is being sincere. First, if he was just flying this, he wouldn't have said Mikel communicates with his mother, because this sends a message that Mikel loves his mother so much, and kidnappers may start targeting his mother. Second, making up things like these will tarnish Mikel's image so I don't think he will just be making them up knowing the implication this will have on his son.

I grew up with an elder brother that took the place of a father in my life because we had no dad and he constantly abuse me emotionally and verbally, now we're all grown and we don't have a good communicative relationship him, and he's now trying hard to have our attention and be friendly but it's too late, parent like him can never have have what they never gave which is love and compassion....

So if you haven't experienced this then don't talk coz you don't know what it feels like to be constantly beaten, verbally and emotional abused for any single mistake for 15years

You that did your research should tell me where he retired from. The old man spoke with great dignity and comportment. But for his present distress we might never have known of the issue between him and his son. Even at that he never spoke in a manner as to make the public sit in judgement over his family matter.
Anyway, I blame Mikel for exposing his father to undeserved ridicule. The adage that blood is thicker than water is apparently alien to him.

At the end of the month, I assure you Mike might have not more that 40000 pounds in the bank assuming no emergencies and family dramas. Out of the 40000 pounds, he takes another 20 - 30% to invest into his investments pretty sure he has some that requires operation costs. Now that he plays in China is the only time he gets to save money in taxes.

Have you wondered why most athletes go broke when they retire or stop working? Because they don't have much money as we think.

It is beyond him and his father ..ad this story is The reason I only feel pity for those who trivialises the supernatural. Mikel says he picks his phone to call his dad but something just says don't.

I have witnessed this before.... a very wealthy lost relative, I mean an entire branch of a family tree , returned after over hundred years ..it was actually father that lost contact with his People ... his children and grand children returned after over 100 years

I have always visited that family as a relation and could remember there used to be a thatched house in the midst of modern building in the compound. With the passage of time the building collapsed. Then one day, convoys of car droves into the compound with police escorts .... they told their stories: they were born and alway believe a particular town in Anambra state to be their native place ...they made it in life , big time and when they wanted to venture beyond private success the bombshell came.
