The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has expelled an Ogun State senator, Buruji Kashamu, from the party. The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has expelled an Ogun State senator, Buruji Kashamu, from the party. Three other members of the PDP in Ogun State were also expelled. The spokesperson of the party, Kola Ologbondiyan, announced the expulsion at the end of an emergency NEC meeting in Abuja. Mr. Kashamu, a supporter of erstwhile National Chairman of the PDP, Ali Sheriff, was expelled alongside Bayo Adebayo, Segun Sarki and Sanimu Sodipo; all from Ogun State. Mr Kashamu is wanted in the U.S. for drug-related offences. That should be the end of PDP in Ogun state. Tinubu should bring him over to APC. He will be a very valuable asset to Ogun state APC. For those bashing me, my post is purely about politics and nothing else. Kashamu is the strongest politician currently in Ogun east senatorial district. seunmsg:You're trying to confirm the allegations made by people who say APC is a conglomerate of the criminals that were once in PDP, and that once a person joins APC, he becomes a "saint" by default; and which is itself a faulty mindset.
