There was no police blockade whatsoever in Saraki’s House. It is the same mischievous media bent on causing trouble in the country that invented it. The policemen in the pictures and videos shared are the normal security support working with the Senate President.
Will you keep kwaaaayet? Don't you have shame, can't you keep ur painment to yourself?

DONSMITH123:
Police spokesman, Jimoh Moshood, has said that the blockade of the Abuja home of Senate President Bukola Saraki must have been by his own security aides, rather than by the Police. as widely reported.

Moshood, in a statement in Abuja on Tuesday afternoon, said that the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has consequently ordered a probe into the incidence.

The media had reported earlier on Tuesday that operatives of the Department of State Services and policemen laid siege to Saraki’s home in Abuja.

Saraki had also alleged that the siege was an attempt to stop some members of the Senate from defecting from the ruling party.

However, Moshood denied that the Police blocked Saraki from leaving his residence in the morning, noting that the “unathorised blockade” must have been carried out by his (Saraki’s) security aides.

He added that the Inspector-General of Police, Ibrahim Idris, has ordered an investigation into the incident.

Lieing police
lol. You can say that a million times. Since the day armed robbers came attacking banks in Lekki and the police paraded wrong suspects whom they asked to tell the public they're the ones who robbed banks, I'd lost trust in the Nigerian police. One of the suspects later said he confessed under duress grin grin cheesy. As if that wasn't enough, a few months later, the same gang proceeded to Festac and robbed. As Festac people were trying to recover from the shock, the robbers went to ikorodu and had a filed day in some banks where they robbed. Since then, the police kept Mum. In Kogi, they did the same to Dino, saying those arrested should confess that they were sent by Dino and the latter bought them guns to harass Kogi people. Later, the police said those arrested had escaped from their custody as if they were ghosts grin grin grin. Dino threatened to sue the IG if he didn't fish out the suspects and what happened thereafter ...the guys arrested as suspects surfaced from nowhere. Now it's Saraki again with the offa robbery suspect. Those arrested wrongly are Saraki loyalists who masterminded the ward congress in Kwara in favour of Saraki candidates, which angered the APC because they knew he'd leave the party ultimately and those winners of ward congresses would defect with him. Lai Mohamed loyalists were also defeated in his community. We're watching the drama as it unfolds. Police have rendered themselves useless by allowing politicians use them for their selfish reasons. No wonder they can't face boko haram, they've all grown pot belly. SMH
