Can one use an affidavit along side a birth certificate?

Or is it better to just get another birth certificate?

E.G Name on birth certificate: OLU DANLADI UDOKA

Lemme get back to you on this please.
ADEBOSUN:
@Newmum0615 Any luck with the NOC? You think 4163 is it? Would it have made any difference if the job title was product manager?

The noc 0122 covers alot of things on th current JD. Also, the streamlining is giving me a tough time, I dont want to miss anything out.

Please help, I want to request from HR today.

I am new on this forum. In fact a friend actually asked me to come and seek for help here. This is my story. My family secured a visiting visa to the US sometimes last year with my nephew who is staying with my family. We travelled to the US few months ago. On the day of our departure back to Nigeria, my nephew told me he wanted to collect something from his friend (the friend actually came to see him like twice and he also passed few nights with the friend, though I don’t know where the friend stay). My nephew left to see the friend but never came back. I called his number but was switched off. Few minutes later, he sent me a text message that he is sorry as he couldn’t tell me his plan. But he is not returning back to Nigeria. I was speechless and disappointed. I called his dad in Nigeria and his dad told me he just sent him a similar text message too. My family has since come back to Nigeria without him.

Now, here is my fear. Will his abscond affect my family’s subsequent travel to the US and other countries? I recently received an ITA from IRCC for migration to Canada. I hope my nephew’s abscond will not affect our process. Please help, what should I do?

No difference... You will be awarded points for only the highest degree if you have MSc and Bsc..
Transformium:

Is there any difference in points if one evaluates only MSc rather than BSc + MSc

Evaluating an MSc adds 40 juicy points to the grid of what you have with BSc only. It makes no sensible difference evaluating MSc and BSc together. Stick with your MSc

What a guy, he is naive and shortsighted...
I dont think his actions will affect your application to Canada Not sure how that will affect future US application though... If it will make you sleep well, you can just mention this in your LOE while submitting your eAPR but IMO its not necessary for Canada...

Awaiting ITA on 945

Based on an analysis found on canadavisa...
The 25/07/18 draw should clear all profiles on 441, and possibly include very few profiles on 440. In summary, today's draw could be 440 optimistically, or 441 conservatively.

I recently had a wide thought that if everyone above 450 withdraws their EE application before a adraw , all the 400-430 people have a chance and after those people are invited the 450 and above gets back into the pool, but is it possible, how will we even assemble all the people above 450. grin grin

You should be writing sci-fi smiley
Actually if it happens it would have to be like 5 hours before the draw. Because if CIC realises what's happening they'll stop the draw. Like how they refused to hold draw the last time it was supposed to fall well below 440.

Congrats to recent PPR choppers.

Will not affect your Canada application (in my opinion). Might affect future US applications.

No need for anything. His nephew is not his family member. Did they do a joint application at the US Embassy? I just tire.
